Kate, Assoc. AIA, WELL AP, LEED GA, is Design Performance Manager at Lake Flato Architects, where she supports project teams with goal setting and certifications, running simulations such as daylight analysis, and post-occupancy evaluation. She serves on the AIA 2030 Working Group and the 2026 Chair of the Texas Society of Architects Committee on the Environment (TxA COTE). She was recognized as the 2024 TxA Associate of the Year for her leadership in sustainability.
