Honors and Awards Celebration is an exclusive and elegant reception to celebrate the 2023 recipients of the AIA Gold Medal, Architecture Firm Award, as well as the top awards for Architecture, Interior Design, Regional and Urban Design, and other selected honorees.​

The only all-attendee party at A’23 happens on the Architecture Expo floor and features food, beverages, entertainment, and activations throughout the event.

Branded keepsake swag is how we think of the official conference tote bag. Handy on-site, it travels home with conference attendees and becomes part of their daily lives for long-term, continuous brand exposure.

Reach every attendee, every conference day, every time they use their attendee badge. This sponsorship gives you continuous brand exposure by displaying your logo on the reverse side of all attendee badges.

Conference attendees rely on the app multiple times a day to view their schedule, find exhibitors, and more. Your brand will welcome them to the event every time they open the app and banner ads will reinforce awareness.

Shuttle Bus Exclusive – $50,000
Showcase your brand around San Francisco and to every attendee who rides the A’23 shuttle buses. Your logo will be featured in extensive pre-show and on-site promotions, including on-site signage, shuttle bus signs at the pick-up and drop-off locations, hotel shuttle signage, and custom shuttle wraps on the right side of the buses. Since most buses drive around the city, these wraps will also be seen throughout San Francisco!

Showcase your brand on 800+ volunteer t-shirts, worn daily during the conference. ​

Information Booths – $10,000
Another option for visibility in a busy, high-traffic area visited by most attendees. Information booths are in the main concourse and shuttle bus area.​

Wifi Sponsor Exclusive – $40,000
Help attendees stay connected at A’23 by sponsoring the Wi-Fi network. This exclusive sponsorship lets you customize the Wi-Fi sign in page and password and displays your company’s name on signage throughout the event space.

Aisle Signs – $23,000 – $17,000
Ensure your brand is seen throughout the hall of your choice in the convention center. You will be able to customize the bottom of all aisle signs.​

Floor Entrance Graphic – $10,000
Welcome attendees to the conference by branding the main entrance to the expo.​

Rotating Kiosk – $8,500 – $3,000
Lighted kiosks offer full digital promotion in high traffic areas. Sponsor a single side or opt to sponsor all three for increased exposure.

Showcase your brand in a high-traffic, high-visibility area with a custom floor graphic that strengthens brand awareness and assists with attendee wayfinding.

High impact digital signage in South Lobby registration area. :08 Second video image or static ads.

Free Standing Signage – $3,500
3’x 8’ double-sided, free-standing meter board sign placed in public space to promote your brand, product, or activation.​

Main Aisle Floor Stickers – $5,000 – $1,500
Showcase your brand in a high-traffic, high-visibility area with a custom floor graphic that strengthens brand awareness and assists with attendee wayfinding.

Park Spaces – $25,000 – $6,000
Sponsor a public “park” space and bring your brand and/or activation to life.​

Puppy Park – $40,000
Support a great cause that also brings adorable fun to the expo floor with our puppy park sponsorship. AIA is partnering with a local adoption shelter to offer puppy play time with local adoptable pups! As a sponsor, your brand will be recognized at the puppy park and in event materials.

Connect + Play – $30,000
Sponsor a destination-worthy play break featuring classic lawn games like Giant Jenga, cornhole, and a putting green, right on the expo floor. Signage, email, and push notifications are included with this sponsorship.

Relax & Recharge Station – $30,000
Who doesn’t love a chair massage? Provide attendees with a relaxation experience and show them you’re committed to their well-being by sponsoring our Relax & Recharge Station and attendee chair massages

NextGen Headshot Lounge – $15,000
Help attendees get a professional headshot or a fun photo that documents their A’23 experience by sponsoring our NextGen Headshot Lounge. It’s a great opportunity to place your brand in front of architecture’s next generation. Signage, push notifications, and custom emails are included with this sponsorship.

Custom Email Blast – $5,000
Reach a highly-engaged registered attendee audience with your custom message. Includes HTML, subject line, and sender name. Sent by an AIA third-party mail house. 

Programmatic / Retargeting Ads – $4,000
Increase visibility for your brand and generate click-throughs, purchases, and leads through banner ads that target registered attendees. Options are available for ads both before and after the event. 

Mobile App Push Notification – $2,000
Reach attendees with your custom message at strategic times during the day through the mobile app. Available placements include: banner, notification, and message board.

Booth to Booth Traffic Driver (20 max) – $2,500
Drive new opportunities to your booth by participating in this traffic driver. Attendees are rewarded with prize giveaways for engaging with participating exhibitors.

Direct Mail – Attendee List Rental – $850
Reach attendees before or after A’23 through direct mail. Our list gives you direct mail access to the specifiers and decision makers attending the event. Send your promotional material in advance or follow-up post event to ensure your band stays top of mind.
