MIT’s Graduate Junction: A Multimodal Urban Community

MIT’s Graduate Junction residential development project was shaped by multiple forces: Housing development capacity and demand, institutional initiative, housing development capacity and demand, unique site circumstances, regulatory progressivism, and design innovation.

This session will explore the perspectives of the institutional, development, architectural, and landscape partners responsible for this successful project. Join us to see how thothe various parties came together to create a vibrant, dense, welcoming, multimodal, and well-crafted community on MIT’s West Campus.
