2024 IBC® Accessibility & Usability for Existing Buildings

This session will focus on the minimum requirements for alterations and additions to existing buildings regarding accessibility and compliance with the 2024 International Existing Building Code and ICC A117.1-2017 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities.
The intent of these provisions is to improve access to buildings for people with physical, visual, and/or hearing impairments. Join us to participate in activities that involve questions and answers, discussion and case study, and performing parts individually and in groups.
