Tour Winthrop Center, the world's largest passive house–certified office building.
After meeting in Winthrop Square Park, you and fellow participants will head to the office lobby and up to the office floors to experience the triple-glazed facade, spectacular daylight and views, and superior indoor environmental quality. Next up: A trip to the mechanical floors to see the efficient equipment driving the building's systems.
You'll then explore the Class A amenities before concluding in the public connector, a great hall opening up to Boston's Financial District. Along the way, you'll hear anecdotes from guides who worked on the project.
