A 2023 AIA National Design Award winner, Lubber Run Community Center reflects a robust local engagement process that prioritized the preservation of open space in the design. This tour will highlight the project's folding, integrated landscape and underground elements.

The Arlington site walk and building tour will focus on how consensus-building among stakeholders resulted in dynamic forms of programming and execution of a net-zero-ready project. You'll gain understanding and appreciation for the complexities of the site's resilient approach and contribution to community health.
