Join us for a tour of the award-winning Studio 3807 building in Brentwood, Maryland. You'll explore the mixed-use development in the Gateway Arts District, which includes 147 apartments, 6,300 sq. ft. of retail space, and 3,000 sq. ft. of affordable artist studio space.

The tour will highlight a culmination of the efforts by Landex Development, Prince George's County, Gateway Arts District stakeholders, and the town to cultivate arts-driven economic development.
