COVID-19 policy for A’22 attendees

AIA has implemented the following safety protocols.

Before you can receive your conference badge at McCormick Place or satellite registration all attendees must:

    1. Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken at or after 9:00am CT on Tuesday, June 21 (both PCR and at-home antigen tests will be accepted).

Provide proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, namely all doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible, per the CDC guidelines. (Any WHO-approved vaccine will be accepted.)

    2. Complete a health attestation form.

Although masks are not required, we encourage attendees to wear a mask if they choose.

We will provide additional details about the verification process in early June. These safety protocols are subject to change based on guidance and requirements from federal, state, and local health authorities. We will provide regular updates to ensure a safe, healthy, and enjoyable experience at A’22.
